Using Comedipedia

Read, learn, then write your own

The archive is a reference for discovering jokes and studying how comedy works. A source link identifies where material came from; it does not grant permission to republish or perform someone else's work. Use the lessons and exercises to develop your own material.

Public submissions

Submit only material you wrote or have permission to share. The submission form sends material for review and possible public display. Do not include confidential information or private details about other people.

Feedback is a starting point

Writing tools offer prompts, structural analysis and suggestions. Scores reflect a tool's criteria and cannot establish originality or predict that an audience will laugh. Use your judgment, keep your own drafts and test material with an appropriate audience.

Product availability

Pages marked coming soon describe planned features. Book downloads and companion tools are identified on their own pages. Any future retailer purchase will take place under that retailer's checkout terms.
